Bradley Pischea is a Partner at Mountaintop Strategies and brings over a decade of experience in political strategy, legislative affairs, and grassroots organizing.

Bradley began his career in the Michigan State Senate, where he served as Legislative and Constituent Affairs Aide to the Senate Appropriations Chairman and as a Legislative Assistant to the Senate Majority Leader, gaining firsthand experience in policy development and the legislative process. He then served in Caucus Services for the Michigan Senate Majority Communications Office, helping create and execute incumbency strategies for members of the Michigan State Senate.

On the campaign side, Bradley managed two successful campaigns for the Michigan House of Representatives in 2016, helping solidify a competitive swing district in southeast Michigan with a nearly 10,000-vote margin of victory. In 2018, he oversaw field operations for a slate of Michigan State Senate races.

In 2019, Bradley joined the Conservative Energy Network (CEN) as Michigan Field Operations Director for the Land & Liberty Coalition (L&LC), a grassroots advocacy program supporting responsible clean energy development in rural and conservative communities. Over three years, he served as the National Director, a role in which he led L&LC's grassroots field program across a 13-state footprint, working with local coalitions, elected officials, and community stakeholders to advance policies that let wind, solar, and storage projects move forward. Under his leadership, L&LC grew from a four-state pilot into a program that supported hundreds of proposed clean energy projects and helped secure over 25GW of new clean energy on the grid today.

At Mountaintop Strategies, Bradley draws on this blend of legislative know-how, campaign management, and grassroots coalition-building to help clients navigate complex political and policy landscapes and build durable, on-the-ground support for their initiatives.
